Yes. Creating an account helps us link your orders, payments, and chat history so you can track everything in one place.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once payment is successful, your dashboard will display the order as “Active” and you’ll get an instant notification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support PayPal for secure and quick transactions. More payment options will be added soon.
Can I pay after the project is completed?
No, all orders must be prepaid before work starts to ensure commitment from our team and reserved time for your project.
How will I receive my completed work?
When your project is marked as “Completed”, you can download all files directly from your dashboard.
Can I communicate with the team during the project?
Yes, our built-in chat allows you to message the admin directly for updates or to share extra instructions.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Minor changes can be accommodated if the project hasn’t reached the final stage. Major changes may require a new order.
What if I miss my payment?
Orders without payment will remain in “Pending Payment” and won’t be worked on until payment is completed.
